Can we suggest products for our members?
Yes. Tell us what members ask for and what you already sell. We use those suggestions to plan the range, alongside product availability and what the machine can stock. Feedback also helps guide changes over time.
What if we already have a machine?
Include it in your enquiry. Tell us who owns it and whether it’s covered by an existing agreement. Those details help us plan the next steps without overlooking ownership or contract commitments.
Do we organise the refills?
No. We monitor stock and organise routine refills for you. Your staff don’t need to place stock orders, collect products or refill the machine as part of its day-to-day operation.
What does our team need to do?
Provide the space and access for installation and service visits. We handle routine stocking and coordinate equipment servicing. Any other site requirements are confirmed with you before the machine is installed.
What happens if the machine has a problem?
Contact us with the venue name, machine location and a description of what happened. We’ll work through the issue and organise the service or repair needed. Include any error message shown on the machine.
Who cleans and checks the machine?
We clean and check the machine during service visits, including the interior, exterior and ventilation areas. Let us know if you notice a problem between visits, with the venue name and machine location.
Do you offer rebates?
Yes. Pure Vend offers rebate models. The rebate arrangement is agreed for the venue and documented in the service agreement before installation.
Do we sign a service agreement?
Yes. Before installation, the agreed equipment, service responsibilities and commercial terms are set out in a service agreement. Any rebate arrangement is included there as well.
