Can I choose what products are stocked?
Yes! You can make suggestions as to what you wish to see stocked, or a rough guideline for us to follow. We’ll fill the rest and make it work.
How are restocks organised? Do I have to organise these myself?
Stock levels are monitored remotely to support replenishment. Pure Vend schedules restocking as part of the managed service, so the venue does not need to organise routine refills.
How often will you service my machine?
Each machine is given a fill, clean and check on every visit. We make sure the interior and exterior are clean, as well as vents and grills.
What if something goes wrong?
Support is available through Pure Vend for the managed service. If a unit needs physical maintenance or parts, Pure Vend will coordinate the appropriate next step.
Is there any cost to our club?
Commercial arrangements are confirmed for each suitable venue as part of the enquiry and assessment process.
