All machine deliveries are conducted by a Third Party Courier with appropriate training in moving and shifting heavy machinery. They are experienced in delivering to many types of locations including those with stairs.
Yes! You may choose which products go into your machine. If there are any gaps, we will fill them with a nice range of items and keeps things fresh for staff & members. Choose from our standard list of products but we are able to source just about anything.
Our entire Network is based on a need-to-service schedule or maximum 7 days. This means that is your machine gets to 60% depletion, we get an alert and we schedule the fill. If this happens every few days, the service will occur every few days. If the machine has not been attended to within 7-10 days, we will attend, top-up and sanitize the touch points.
Please report all machine faults to the customer service line directly. One of our team will attend to it quickly. If the issue is dire and has stopped operation of the machine, we will attend to it same day or within 24 hours, depending on your locations opening times.
Although Contracts do stand, we do understand sometimes things happen. PureVend may end a contract early at their own discretion.
Yes! All of our machine are cash & cashless Vending Machines. This means we accept nearly all forms of payment including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WePay & Moneyx. NFC & Card tech already available!
HOW DO OUR FREE VENDING MACHINE SERVICES WORK?
Having a Vending Machine on premises is absolutely free. From delivery to installation all the way to service and maintenance. All of this is done by PureVend. Customer service is available 7 days a week and we can handle most machine issues remotely. Our equipment is SMART equipment. Which means we can monitor all data and stock levels remotely! There is no longer a need to request a fill – it’s already being done.
Upon making an inquiry, one of our members will contact you for an obligation free chat. A time is then organized with you for a site inspection to determine the best solution at your convenience.
We then configure, deliver, install & fill your brand new vending machine, again at no cost. Payment systems are all fitted and ready to go. All of our machine are Cash & Cashless Vending Machines. We service all area’s, Sydney Wide!

What else is included?
With a PureVend machine and service, the responsibility is taken out of your hands. We remotely monitor our networks and pay close attention to sales rates. This helps us identify potential hidden faults, identify slow moving product and track stock levels. In other words, we are always watching and making sure things run smoothly. However when your machine is at or around 60% empty, one of our Drivers are more than likely on the way.
Machine breakdowns, regular maintenance, filling and Technical Support are in addition provided by PureVend. We specialize in Corporate operations therefore we take the Network Up-Time very seriously.
With our Fitness Vending Division, we find only the highest end brands attract Fitness Enthusiasts. This has subsequently lead us down the road of not stocking Grocery items in our product range. In addition, 90% of our product is Imported from the United States and we feature Plant, Whey & Wholefoods Proteins that are exclusive.
